Getting Started
Install OrBit and spin up your local syncing daemon in under 60 seconds.
1. Install via Command Line
Pull down the latest Rust binary installer matching your OS architecture.
curl -s https://orbit.dev/install.sh | sh
2. Bootstrap the Local Daemon
Launch the background watcher process. This binds a socket and listens for client connections.
orbit daemon start
3. Verify Installation
Check the daemon synchronization statuses to confirm the background service is running.
orbit status
